To understand our Property of the Month – Continuum Tower Photography, let’s highlight a few interesting things about real estate photography. In this digital age, Real Estate Photography feels and seems to be the simplest thing in the world, but it is incredibly complicated to make it work. In the past, before the invention of Photography, long hours and great energy was put into visual representations of Real estate Properties by Famous Painters and artist to make a photo look realistic and perfect. This imagery was sold at high prices at auctions and also used to attract people who developed an interest and could afford to buy such properties. These painters were so smart that they could evoke the feeling of the scene just the way it looked like.

In today’s world, Real estate Photography has evolved in describing the visual “reality” and “objective” of the Properties, much quicker, more efficiently, and more accurately than paintings. During our interior, real estate photography shoot at Continuum Tower using powerful equipment coupled with various types of lenses, lighting gears, etc, appropriate for many different situations and needs. Here is how we made it possible for this property to look a listing worth a million bucks in visuals.

Use of Wide Angle Field of View

Employing a wide-angle lens, we captured the space at our Property of the Month – Continuum Tower realistically with the ability to shift the lens and avoid unnecessary distracting elements. The human eyes see the real world roughly in a 40mm perspective (in landscape format, as our two eyes are arranged in the same format ), and we chose to incorporate something a little bit quirky, which made the room spaces a little more interesting.

Best Lighting Practice

The biggest problem known in real estate photography is the art of getting the lighting just right and perfect. Lighting either makes the space look warm and inviting or dark and dungeon-like. There are different challenges when it comes to lighting at various real estate properties. Interior lights and Window light are often mismatched which leads to overexposing that wonderful view outside the window into a total white blob. When interior lights are placed wrong on some properties it can leave dark corners. It can be tricky to get enough light into Large rooms.

The techniques vary in Real estate photography as the homes on the market. A method that works great for a large vaulted ceiling living room, probably won’t work well in the bathroom. The mastering real estate photography needs several tricks that can be pulled out and used to solve problems presented at any individual property. Through our mastering of real estate lighting, we perfected our shoot at the tower with the right lightings that allows potential homebuyers to see the amazing spectacular view out the window and also the home’s interior in the same shot.

Good Weather Consideration

Before hitting this prime location Continuum Tower, we made sure the weather was right before proceeding for the out shooting.
